Write to [email protected]. That is the contact address for corrections, takedown questions about a screenshot, and privacy requests.
I put the address on this page, in the footer, and in the privacy policy so you are not hunting for it. I do not run a support desk for Roblox accounts. Password resets and bans belong on roblox.com.
What to include
Send the page URL, the sentence you think is wrong, and a link to the Roblox or news source. If you are asking about your own consent record, say so. The record lives in your browser under the key th_consent_v1. I cannot see it from the inbox.
What this inbox will not do
It will not send Robux, restore a banned account, or confirm a script. Those requests are answered with a pointer to the scam page and the official experience link.
Questions on this page
What is the email?
Can you recover my Roblox account?
No. Use Roblox account support while signed in on roblox.com.
