How to Play The Hollow on Roblox

The Hollow is a shared hub, not a single obby. You join from Roblox, walk the plaza, ride the elevator, and take one floor at a time.
Source review, 24 Oct 2026: the newsroom specifies hub access at 14:00 PT on 22 October and Plus access at noon. The experience description separately says play starts at 15:00 PT. These opening clocks are not a confirmed daily floor schedule.
How to get in
Use a Roblox or Roblox Select account. Search The Hollow, or open the official experience and press Play. The place id is 116463962153167.
Roblox says the event is for ages 9 and up in most regions, and that the exact rule can differ by region. Earlier research recorded Minimal for the hub and Moderate for Demonology and Scary Shawarma Kiosk. These live labels were not independently re-read in this audit; check the current experience page and account restrictions before joining a separate game.
- Plus subscribers could enter the hub at 12:00 PT on 22 Oct 2026.
- Everyone else: hub at 14:00 PT, play at 15:00 PT on 22 Oct.
- Joining is free. Plus is early entry, a theme, and a launcher. It is not a ticket to skip the mazes.
What the hub is
Beebom describes the landing as Bloxhilda’s Plaza, then a theater, then an elevator. Each floor is a maze with a monster. Servers hold 20 people. That cap is from the games API, not a guess.
After a maze, return with its relic. After DOORS or Dandy’s World, use that game’s claim point in the hub for the quest item. Eligible Visit Games partner badges have a separate Redeem Badges flow for tickets spent in the Little Shop of Terror.
If it will not load
There is no public Roblox document that lists Hollow-only error codes. I am not going to invent one. These are the checks that match the published rules.
- Age or region: the newsroom says 9+ in most regions, with regional differences.
- A full server: the API lists 20 players. Try again rather than a script.
- An old client: update Roblox, then reopen the official page.
- A Moderate game inside the event: the hub can load while Demonology or Scary Shawarma Kiosk does not.

Do I need Roblox Plus to play The Hollow?
No. Plus entered the hub two hours early on 22 Oct and has its own launcher and shop row. The event itself is free.
Why does the start time say both 2pm and 3pm?
The newsroom says the hub opens at 14:00 PT. The experience blurb says it opens at 2pm PT and starts at 3pm PT. Use 14:00 for the hub and 15:00 for play.
